Returns, Replacements, and Delivery Issues

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your order. Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept routine returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order, we will work with you to make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Unclaimed Deliveries

If a package is returned because it was not claimed or accepted, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect size selection
  • change of mind
  • preference changes after purchase

Please review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Personalized and Made-to-Order Items

Personalized, custom, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed items may not be eligible for return once opened.

Before Sending Anything Back

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

To report an issue, please contact us with:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the problem
  • clear photos showing the issue, if applicable

EU Customers

For customers in the European Union, some made-to-order or personalized items may not qualify for cancellation or return rights under applicable law.
