Sales Tax Policy

Effective Date: May 2026

We collect applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in Virginia, as required by law.

For orders shipped to other states, sales tax will be collected where wayward.biz is legally required to do so.


Return Policy

Effective Date: April 2026

At Wayward.biz, we want you to receive your order in good condition and as expected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and, if relevant, the packaging

If we determine there was an issue with the order, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the shipment status and work toward a resolution where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are prepared specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size ordered by the customer
  • buyer’s remorse
  • change of mind
  • minor color variation from screen display
  • incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Incorrect Address

If a package is returned because the address provided at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
