Shipping policy
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you need help with an order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
If there is an issue with shipment or delivery, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date. In some cases, you may also need to contact the shipping carrier directly.
Responsibility for the order passes to the carrier once the shipment has been sent. If tracking shows a package as delivered, any claims related to that delivery may need to be made with the carrier.
If tracking shows that a package was lost in transit, you may submit a claim in accordance with our Return Policy within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes.
